Please note which number you would like to delete and which number you would like to retain. If you need to merge two active Shore Points® accounts, please reach out to with both the old and new phone numbers you need to merge as well as the approximate balance on each card. I have two different phone numbers for my Shore Points®. Simply create a new MyMike’s™ account using your Email Club email. If you only receive Email Club emails, you do not have a MyMike’s™ account. If you do not have one, simply create one using the phone number you use to earn your Shore Points®, then log into that account. The balance will appear on every receipt, or you can check your balance online or via the web or mobile app by logging into your MyMike's™ account. How can I check my Shore Points® balance? If using the Mobile App, you would be notified if you have enough points to redeem for your purchase should you choose to. Notify the team member that you would like to redeem points for your purchase before the transaction is completed. How do I redeem points to be used for a purchase? Your account will be updated with the new number and your points will be transferred. How can I update it with my Shore Points®? Simply log into or create a MyMike's™ account and use the "Change Phone" feature on your account page. For in-store orders, enter your phone number or scan your app at checkout. How do I earn points? Simply create a MyMike’s™ account and use it to place an online or mobile order. What will you send me? We'll send you our current promotion and a coupon in almost all the emails we send. You will be emailed directions on how to reset your password. Great! You have a MyMike's™ account created for you and you just need to reset your password from the login screen. I have ordered online on the old website or app in the past OR I had linked my Shore Points® to my Email Club account. This transfer does not affect your Shore Points® earnings. You can log in with the same email and password as before. We recently updated customer accounts to a MyMike's™ account and transferred all existing account data over for our customers. I don't know if I have a MyMike's™ account, or need help with logging in. You can log in and update your settings and then start placing orders. Your name, email, telephone and Shore Points® number are already linked. If you've ordered from us in the past or had an Email Club account with linked Shore Points® account, we've created a MyMike's™ account for you! All you need to do is reset your password from the login screen. I tried to create an account but one already exists with my email. If this occurs, please allow 15-20 minutes before trying again. Depending on how many times you try, you might receive a suspicious activity error and your account will be blocked. If you are receiving this error, you will need to update your password to a unique one that is only used for Jersey Mike's. Jersey Mike's uses a password security system that will detect insecure passwords. Once you have updated the phone number, select "Save Changes". Then select "MyMike's™ account" and "Edit Account Details". How do I update my phone number? Log in to your MyMike's™ account and select the "More" icon.
